Analisis Indeks Kinerja Waktu pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi

Abstract

Implementation of construction projects requires good management in order
to achieve planned goals. The accuracy of cost, time and quality greatly influences
the success of a project, among the factors that need to be considered are the time
and cost factors. Time and cost control carried out to avoid deviations. One method
for controlling time is the Earned Value Concept Method. This research uses
quantitative methods. The research object of the building project in Boyolali, which
aims to determine the time performance index, and to determine the total project
cost at the end of the work. This research uses data from the 1st week period to the
25th week period with a total work duration of 33 weeks. From the results of the
analysis value in the 25th week was, the BCWP (Budget Cost Work Performance)
value was IDR 5.224.871.328, and the BCWS (Budget Cost Work Shcedule) value
was IDR 6.326.290.876. At the end of the review in the 25th week, the project SPI
(Schedule Performance Indeks) was 0,347, lower than 1, this shows that the project experienced work that was realized more lately by 52,486% than the initial project
plan which was planned at 63,549%. This indicating that the project is running low.
