Analisis Optimasi Biaya dan Waktu pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung dengan Metode Time Cost Trade Off (Studi Kasus: Gedung Rumah Sakit Jiwa Jurug)

Abstract

During the implementation of construction projects there is often a discrepancy
between the planned schedule and the realization in the field which will result in an
increase in implementation time and an increase in implementation costs so that it
takes time and costs which will affect the completion of the project.
The method in this study uses quantitative methods. This research case study
was conducted on the Rumsh Sakit Jiwa Jurug, which aims to find the optimal cost
and time with the time cost trade off method. Data was collected in this research
using interviews, documentation and literature study.
Based on the analysis and interviews, the causes of the delay in the Jurug RSJ
project were changes to the addendum to the budget plan, changes to drawings,
and weather factors. The results of the study using the time cost trade off method,
namely work for 207 working days and the project budget plan for the construction of the Rumah Sakit Jiwa Jurug amounted to Rp. 16,619,772,520 based on the results
of this study, it is recommended that contractors consider using the time cost trade
off method in making scheduling project.
