Abstract

In preparing the RAB, a reference is needed in determining the unit price of
work. This reference is known as the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). This Unit
Price Analysis is regulated and stipulated by the Regulation of the Minister of
Public Works and Public Housing (Permen PUPR) no. 28 of 2016, Regarding
Analysis of Work Unit Prices in the Public Works Sector. This Unit Price Analysis
is very important because the unit price is one of the parts contained in the Budget
Plan (RAB). Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing no.28
of 2016 concerning Analysis of Work Unit Prices in the Public Works Sector is still
general in nature and the implementation will vary according to the conditions of
each region. This is the basis for conducting research to compare general
guidelines with conditions in the field.
The purpose of this research is to find out the coefficient of wage unit price
analysis, materials and equipment for foundation work between Work Unit Price
Analysis (AHSP) Permen PUPR no 28 of 2016 and analysis according to real
conditions in real conditions, so that the difference in coefficients will be known
and known comparison ratio between AHSP and real conditions.
From the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it
is obtained that the coefficient values for the real conditions of masonry foundation
work with a mixture ratio of 1:6 are 0.948 workers; handyman 0.463 ; handyman
0.097 ; and the foreman 0.099 while the material coefficient is split stone 1.121 ;
cement 2.736 and sand 0.544 The difference between the AHSP coefficient and the
real coefficient is workers 0.552 ; handyman 0.287 ; handyman -0.022 ; foreman
0.024 ; split stone 0.079; cement 0.189 and sand -0.042 The ratio of the ratio of the
AHSP coefficient to the real conditions is 36.8% workers; handyman 38.267%;
chief mason -29.333% ; foreman 32,000% ; crushed stone 6.583% cement 6.462%
and sand -7.721%.
