activities can be carried out properly and on time. The Budget Plan (RAB) is a
calculation of the amount of costs required for materials and wages, as well as
other costs related to the implementation of the building or project.
The research in this final project is a case study, which is to calculate the
comparison of prices and percentages in the analysis of the budget plan for the
construction project of the Karanganyar Regency Public Service Mall. The data
collection method used in this final project is secondary data, namely by obtaining
data on the prices of workers' wages and materials/materials from the Contractor
and also from the SNI Guidelines.
The process of calculating the estimated cost of the structure budget in the
construction project of the Karanganyar Regency Public Service Mall using several
methods, the results of the calculation using the SNI method obtained a result of
Rp. 2,591,995,366.32 while the results of the estimation of the cost budget by the
contractor calculation method obtained the results of Rp. 2,485,185,566,13. In
order to obtain a comparison of the estimated cost budget between the SNI method
and the contractor's calculation, the SNI method is 4% more expensive than the
contractor's calculation method. Based on the calculation of the estimated cost of
the two methods, the estimation results using the Contractor's calculation method
are the most economical.
