Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) dan Perkiraan Kenaikan Tarif Angkutan Umum Pasca Kenaikan Harga BBM (Studi Kasus Angkutan Umum Kabupaten Wonogiri)

Abstract

The government's official policy to increase the price of fuel oil (BBM), especially
assignment type fuel such as Pertalite and also subsidized diesel to Pertamax from
September 3 2022, is a step that invites pros and cons. Fuel prices themselves greatly
determine the operational costs of motorized vehicles which will result in increases in
public transport fares, both city and village transport, as well as the level of use or interest
in public transport in the community. BOK will experience an increase proportional to the
increase in fuel prices. This research was carried out by analyzing data to determine
vehicle operational costs after the increase in fuel prices, the size of the new transportation
tariff. The results obtained were a tariff of IDR 3,371.47 before the fuel increase, while
after the tariff calculation was IDR. 3,751.09. The BEP rate based on calculations is
obtained at Rp. 3,067.97 and Rp. 3,410.08.
